To whom it may concern,

           I am Erwin John C. Santos, a Grade 7 Mathematics from Las Pinas City, Metro Manila, Philippines, asking for some important things about EARCOME 8, to be held in Taipei, Taiwan. My colleagues and I would like to know things about registration procedures,  registration fees, payments, venues. We would like to ask also if there are dormitories which will give a very affordable room rates that you could recommend to participants like us, as we stay there during the conference. We really appreciate also  if the organizer could send  a copy of letter of invitation as part per requirement, in visa application.
          In this regard, I am hoping for your immediate response
